For 38 years, I have worked across every stage of the awning industry, from design and product selection to manufacturing, project coordination, and installation. That practical experience gives me the perspective to solve complex shade challenges while keeping the finished space attractive, functional, and true to the client's goals.
Through SV Design & Consulting, I partner with architects, contractors, hospitality teams, business owners, and homeowners. I provide clear guidance, dependable project management, and access to trusted manufacturers so each commercial or residential project can move confidently from concept to completion.
My background also includes company operations, OSHA compliance, production optimization, sales development, and industry education. I served for ten years on the North East Canvas Products Association board, have held Project Planner certification through the Advanced Textiles Association since 2005, and remain active in leading industry organizations.
